I have a 06 Furby vRS with Xenon

The motor is set at a certian level, so if its not in a setting mode all that will happen is the motor will adjust itself to put the light back in the last position.

The headlight aim should have been set correctly on the pre delivery inspection. Way after it left the factory and before you had the vehicle.

Well after looking at Toms and him being into a couple of different dealers his werent actually set right. Ive set them up and he said his woes are now over. They dont flicker up and down anymore.

I did 20k miles and visited 3 different dealers in Cambs, all the time remaining woefully disappointed with the level of the xenons, and the way they flickered permanently.

But 1 trip down to MK, and the level is spot on, and they no longer flicker. They are simply awesome. If you don't think your xenons are awesome, then they aren't set up correctly, simple as that. Its a shame that the majority of dealers are not aware of the correct procedure for adjusting them :(

Mine are now set properly 'to the legal limit' as the dealer states and they are transformed!! They also put me some 'HID like' sidelights and H7 Silverstars in at the same time and would not charge me despite having to take the headlights out to do it. D.M Keith, Bradford. Top dealer!! (It did take them 2 goes to get it right because they work on the parameters set by Skoda, which they have now admitted, is too low!!)

Get my Xenoned vRS next week, is there any info I can ask the dealer to do at PDI to ensure the lights are set at the right height (like, what is the 'right' height for a start?)

Checked my 06 vRS with Xenons out in the dark on some country lanes the other night and they're great!! I'm really impressed by them and glad decided to get them.

So I'm guessing maybe Barkers sorted this out at the PDI...

They are set too low at most PDI's. Get them to set them to the 'legal limit' Also get some HID coloured sidelight bulbs and main beam (H7) from e bay and get them to fit them for you (See my sig below) The standars bulbs are c.r.a.p next to xenons

last week i just put my xenons little big higher and i can say its much much better now,

i recomend it to everyone!!!
