Leafblower?

Featured Replies

Watched my neighbour wash his van using a sponge and a flexi tube bucket, nothing special until he got his leafblower out and started to dry the van with it.

The question is, is his "drying" process safe and smart or simply stupid?

P.s anyone seen other interesting ways to wash a vehicle?

I'm going to say stupid but not entirely due to potential dust kick up

You can get smaller more refined blowers for that purpose

Some detailers use dog dryers

I use a dog dryer on every Detail to blow water out of all the panel gaps, wheel barrels, wheel bolt holes, mirrors, scraper mouldings...you name it water will be there.

A leaf blower isn't particularly accurate and your neighbours will think he is a grade A **** womble!

cheers

Can this procedure be classed as a Blow Job

I use an Air Force Blaster Sidekick, great for getting into small gaps on the Harley and the Triumph and great for the panel gaps, wheels, trim, lights and grill on the Superb :)

Considering he is using it just to get the water out from gaps, smart (since its better than nothing).

If he was going 2 bucket etc, then filtered water and dog dryer, but sponge and blade, shows he just dosnt like the drips.

Nothing wrong with that (other than all the dust etc, but since its sponge and blade, don't think a bit of dust matters).
