Quality. I guessed that others car owners may look down at the Skoda badge, but I didn't realise there was bickering within the Skoda camp!

so it's a NO to the fact you have not got any experience in a Fabia VRS. Thanks, thats all I wanted. no big deal.

Yeah but my dads harder :P

Ahhhh! Don't spoil it. They were taking themselves so serious.....

Got to laugh!

Could someone please write to Mil and tell him his opinion is required in this thread?

I see Mr Newall is causing trouble again

Look. For £11,700 [cries of 'he got fleeced!], for a brand new car, I couldn't have done much better. Yes, a 1.6 Fiesta Zetec S matched me in a traffic light GP the other day, and it's got the odd rattle here and there, and I regret not being the Tigra because I'm a big girls blouse. If you want something that's good round a track, save the mod money, and buy the Clio Cup or Fiesta ST.

I think you'll find you can improve anything. If you want the best value for your ~£12,000, however, I think it's hard to beat the Labia.

Now, about those white Octys I see in town with the phone numbers on the back of them...

You're just jealous because you cant park in a taxi rank without getting hassle.

A stock fabia vRS allways puts a bigger smile on my face than a stock octavia vRS, both mk1 and mk2, I allways found the handling and brakes on the fabia to be perfectly adequate for driving on fast A roads etc never took it on a track. I have now ordered another, after 18 months without. May get an oct 2 vRS when estate needs renewing but only for the dog space. I can't understand why people buy a car then spend the same again changing it, obviously the manufacturer as gone for optimum performance, longevity etc. If you want a fast track car that will beet allcomers for a few quid go buy an Atom.

this thread is great... again i come out to defend Fabia Drivers from someone who gets off at slagging off Fabia VRS's for no reason and I get abused.

the point I made was that you can't comment on what you don't know , neither can you really put a point across from what others have said. I learn't this in previous threads I took part in....

When on this forum I only speak about the fabia from my many test drives in the fabia VRS and the goes I have had in my mates car. I think thats what you are getting at.

Hypocrits (spello?)

some people have far too much time on thier hands...... good thread keep it coming. it makes me laugh when people get thier hand bags out. any how im off....

Git - and I was just about holding back my rage of jealousy, and you had to go one step to far.

I'd rather have a slighty bigger boot and a MP3 reading headunit as standard than BreAPRacingmbo 17 pots on my Fabia. :o
