My laptop has been unpacking to my SD card and has been stuck like this for over 12 hours.  The little green light is still pulsing across the screen.

 

How much longer should I wait?  It is the original SD that came with the car a year ago

It's probably not going to finish if it's been running that long.

 

Unpack to a folder on your PC then copy the files to the card.

I found the unpacking program to be very unstable. IIRC the download is a zip file, just unzip it then copy it onto the sd card. 

It did unzip to a folder and then it asked to unpack to the SD card

Also check there is enough space on the SD card.

It asked did I want to delete data on the card and I clicked yes
