Map update for Skoda Rapid

Hi - the latest map update for my Skoda Rapid has two files ECE 2017/2018 and ECE 2 2017/2018.  The first is 12GB, the second is 5GB.  Can anyone advise why there are two, of such different sizes.  My suspicion would be that the second is an update to the first, but since updating involves wiping the SD clean, before applying the update, this would involve replacing 12 GB of data with 5 GB  -  surely not right.

One is for Eastern Europa ant the other for Western Europe.

 

Edit the file \maps\00\sds\(choose a counry for instance ES (spain) to verify

the file country.fcf   is dated October 10th 2016...

Version is 820 ECE1 2017/2018
