VRS mileage challenge!

Back in 2005 my 71 year old mother asked me to arrange a new car for her. Something about £10k, fun but practical. The obvious choice, only slightly outside her budget, was a Fabia VRS which I arranged for her, and of course she was very happy with it. Last week she moved into a retirement bungalow and gave up driving - rather helpfully on the same day I left my job and handed back my company car. So, having last been a VRs owner two years ago, I am back.

 

My question is - is this the lowest mileage one out there, at just under 50K? Given its history I know it's genuine.
