Hiya, recently I've started to noise a buzz coming from somewhere within the cars dash/transmission 

 

Symptoms are

 

• If the car is below 20mph
• If the car is in 2nd gear or lower
• If the car is coming to slow stop at a junction / roundabout
• If the car is in slow moving traffic
• Stopped but the auto stop/start decides to randomly not engage....(it truly has a mind of its own)

 

Seems to occur when the engine is around 1000-1200rpm

 

• My suspicious is that its the DSG/Transmission making the noise, if rather difficult to capture via camera as it can sound like vibrating trim but inside the cabin it sound more mechanical and vibrations can be felt through the seats/steering wheel/pedals/Gear Stick, only slight but its is there.

1st Video

 

My engine after I got home from work, 1hr to get home 30mins of it it stop start traffic,  and it annoyed the hell out of me. I am not a mechanic and not sure if this is 'normal' or not ........ the below videos were done around 2hrs later

 

2nd Video..(phone rested on ash-tray/front sliding compartment so some rattles)

The car pulls away okay, slightly lazy low down in Rev/MPH range, but only once stood overnight......Turbo's kick in as they should, I am averaging 48mpg on my run to work and around 42mpg on the way home (heavier traffic), last good run over the weekend saw 58mpg with 2 big dogs in the boot and my daughter and all that comes with it.....

 

The video was taken with me driving round the block.....and stopping at the Supermarket car park and setting off again...hence the 31.8mpg....its less than 1/2 mile round trip

 

Any advice would be great
