2012 Greenline tyre sizes

Featured Replies

My friend owns a 2012 Octy Greenline so we are looking for new tyres and used TyreShopper but found that the recommended tyre for his car is not the one he has on it?

One the car at the moment 195/65/15 91 v but the recommended is 205/60/15 should we go with the new size or the old size??

I think both sizes can be considered as suitable...

So the choice is yours or you can grant an advice also from the person who's going to have replaced..

Check the sticker in the fuel filler cover,it should list the tyre sizes,

The 195 is for steel wheels and 205 for alloys as the rims are different widths.

The 2012 brochure lists 15” Pyxis alloys with 6.5J x 15” 195/65 R15 91H as standard for the greenline as it gets low rolling resistance tyres.

I agree that the OP's friend should check the fuel filler cover.

If 205's aren't listed, they may need to inform their insurance company.
