Hi all

 

My scout doesn't have auto folding mirrors (where they fold in if you turn the knob in the car or when you lock the car), and I was wondering if it's hard to retro fit these? Might my mirrors have the motors fitted and they just need to be wired up? Or would I need to fit motors and wire them up? Or replace both mirrors with mirrors that have motors fitted? Has anyone done this, and is it a pain to do? If it's a major task I'll probably just keep folding them manually!

You will need new mirrors and probably the door controllers

 

Some cars have the correct controllers, you need to get a vcds scan to see what door controllers you have now
