Sorry if I have missed this info, but I have searched the forum and read through all of the “upgraded bulb recommendations” sticky.

I find the sidelight, dipped and full beam bulbs on my 2017 SE (standard halogen units) to be quite yellow. I have ordered Osram Cool Blue Intense H7 for the dipped to see if it helps and was wondering if the same bulb can be used for the full beam? The sticker says H7 LL (see attached)

Also, I would really like to change the sidelight bulb (basic DRL) but there doesn’t seem to be any access in situ. I saw someone cut the enclosure to access but I don’t want do this while under warranty:

Is there a guide for doing it conventionally? Not even sure what bulb to use… is it a PWY24W as per the sticker?

I guess this isn’t a common issue. I have changed over to the Osram Cool Blue Intense H7 for dipped and main (it was the same bulb) and they are noticeably whiter. Added a comparison pic although it doesn’t do it justice… much whiter. I will do a comparison at night against a wall if anyone is interested.

It has now emphasized how yellow the sidelights are thought. Still can’t find a guide to headlight removal or what bulbs are used… I might just have a go anyway.

There is a pinned topic in this forum about bulb upgrades. Perhaps try there?

I have read through it a few times and I can’t find any info regarding the sidelights/basic DRL. There are a lot of image placeholders so maybe there was a picture reference at some point?
