Sorry to bother you.  What "rating" does the battery in my car have?  I've looked everywhere without finding it.

Info must be out there somewhere. Can't see anything on the battery with all the covers and stuff.

If its VW Group part number is 1S0 915 105 A   -  then it is an EFB (Enhanced Flooded Battery) 320A 59Ahr(DIN)  640A EN .

OMG !!  What a world class plonker. I've been trying to find info on the sides of the battery.   I don't recall looking at the top of the battery, but if I did, the info I saw did not register on my so-called brain.  It is all there in plain sight. Just as you wrote !!  Maybe the problem is the info is upside down.  Dherr.
