Wrong picture

I suspect either the sensor for the low brake fluid is signaling low fluid or the sensor for the handbrake is telling the car it's on. As neither of these are true then I would check each sensor and associated wiring.

handbrake lever or rear calipers fully returned? Could this be the brake pedal switch?

How the fault came on tells you that it's either a connection issue (wiring/plug) or a failing switch (brake pedal/handbrake).
