Fugly. Looks like a re-badged C3 or Cactus.

Will any SK car ever show design originality or not be completely shocking to look at?

....and they are fundamentally of German design and engineering.

personally i think that kona shows a lot of originality...   just like the cactus.  maybe not to everyones taste but my bet is it'll be a grower.

German Design & Engineering is OK when built in the Czech Republic like Hyundai's if the Czech factory / workers sort out the crap bits from the German Design / Engineering & stick with just the good stuff.

Now if Skoda can just do that as well....

Hmm not for me but less awful than a Cactus.

Actually I saw a cactus the other day and it crossed my mind that if it depreciated really badly then it might make a decent hack.

But I suspect that Citroen dealers will try to keep the prices bumped up.

^^^ Try one. Plenty on sale used.

Very comfy, great on rough bad roads,  like heading up to Duffs, (really bad road now) very practical small / medium car,

Much Cheapness coming up with them, and it is amazing how AC's asking price is not what you need to pay for them.

No rear electric windows to go wrong, and that padding and plastic edges do the job, and no signs of being rust traps.

Rear Drums.   Sensible wheels /tyre sizes.

Love the simple seating and dash.

Leave one unwashed, and those bad parkers that like to open doors against others car park someplace else.

The other day a spotted a filthy 67 plate green Dacia Duster, looks the part, vehicles well worth buying new or used as a keeper.

Nice clearance in the snow and non snagging bits.

Again sensible Wheels / Tyres and easy maintenance.

I still keep thinking of a basic practical second (going to the dump/bikes on roof/winter tyres) car. 4x4 Duster is a close but keep looking at older pickups. As usual will look, swither and do nothing

Catcus is one of the few family sized cars for only 12k new OTR.  Checked it out whilst deciding whether to have another 12k Toledo/Rapid.
