Hi, Skoda Octavia problem 1.9 tdi dsg 63 plate
I have noticed that the driver's footwell heati
ng does not get hot it's only blowing out cold , cool air is this normal for a Octavia? only had car 2 weeks Skoda dealer where I got the car from said it's normal but I think there trying to fob me off :(

Not normal, but depends on where you have directed the airflow via the controls. With the climate control you can have different temperatures on either side and can direct the airflow to your feet or face or screen or a combination. So it is possible to have warm air blowing over your feet. If the controls are set to Auto then it varies the airflow speed and location itself.
