I have problem in my transmission of my Skoda ocatvia 2011 1.2 tsi  Model: 1Z32DD Engine type: CBZ, chassis Number: TMBCM61Z9B2137172.

 

When I change the gear to D, the D sign start blink and the car doesn't move.

can someone help me?

what is the part number of the Mechatronic? are there any other parts that I need to buy?

the DQ200 had and has funbdamental design, manufacturing and component / oil failings and software, they are still responsible in many cases.

 

There was a World Wide Recall on the DQ200, this excluded Europe that just got a Service Campaign.

Never got the Extended Warranty or New Mechatronic Control Units as the Service Campaign in New Zealand.

what is DQ200?

 

I know they had problematic series in this model and Skoda extended the service for the gear/transformation/mechatronics to 5 years or 150,000 KM, but in my case I already passed the 5 years extended warranty.

Is there a way to contact Skoda Global services and check if this problem still under warranty ?

 

'34 f7'  was the Service Campaign, when it was in Regions without a RECALL.

 

A DQ200 is a 7 Speed Twin Dry Clutch DSG that was part of a World Wide Recall in 2012, and i countries not in the world there was a Service Campaign, 

because of corrosion caused internally by VW using Synthetic oil and dodgy MCU's so was a preventative measure.

I have the DSG 7 speed twin dry clutch.

 

My car had extended warranty, they replace the Mechatronic on 35,000km and the clutch also they replace the clutch again at 90,000km.

 

I don't know if the changed the oil or did Software update.

Your Manufacturers Warranty has expired, and your car is over 6 years old so no warranty.

 

But then was your DSG part of the European Service Campaign and had the Synthetic Oil changed for Mineral & the Software Update due 

to VW Groups fundamental design, manufacturing or materials / fluid and quality control faults?

Thanks so much for quick reply and help, Yes my gearbox is 7 Speed Twin Dry Clutch DQ200 DSG. I checked up my car by vin in the 2nd link but my car doesn't have and recalls. So I think there is nothing i can do with Skoda. 

 

The problem is i already changed the mega unit to another used part, I took it from great running car but when i swapped the parts i stuck with the software. the software were at my faulty mega is  0AM 300 050 L  403 9041 and the version were at the replacement used part was 0AM 300 048 L.

 

I was in Skoda today they charged me £262 then they said we don't have the software was at old mega and the latest one on our system is the one ends with 048L.

 

My car is keep jumping and hear noise while i driving it as the software is different.

Do you have any idea how can i get the software?

With a history like that Skoda UK were never going to be able to be held responsible. 

 

What engine does your car have, 

and what DQ200 did the MCU come off of for what engine.

 

Was your car ever in for the Service Campaign.  is there a sticker in the boot with '34F7' on it.

 

I have no idea about what MCU you have fitted and if a VW Group Main Dealers Techs do not know or have the software that is odd, 

best go to a VW Independent Specialist, or one of the Tuning Companies that offer DSG Software Updates for the DQ200.

Like APR.

It took the mega from 1.4TSI and my car is 1.2TSI, The parts number in faulty part matched the replaced part 0AM 927 769 D. All specialist are asking for my old mega to get the software from it and flash in my mega but unfortunately i don't have it now.

So what was that a 1.4 TSI from the likes of  a 105, 122, 144, 148/ 150 or even a 180 PS 1.4 TSI DSG, (Twincharger). 

So different. Sorry i know about the 1.2 TSI & DQ200.

There are 28 variants of the DQ200 produced.

There are 8 versions of the DQ200 produced.

The 1.4TSI was 122 and my car is 105 BHP, I got crazy how is the Skoda dealer don't have my stranded/orginal version software for the mega!!
