Bluetooth and voice command

I have a my2018 sportline with 190 dsg 4x4. I am very happy with it,plenty performance,interior room and looks rather good.

But i am quite iritated by a bluetooth audio streaming. I can select songs,playlist etc. directly from the cars screen,but i can't rewind a song.

For exhample,if i want to hear some part of the song i have to take my phone and rewind it there,because if i try that on the screen of bolero,it says Function not available (in my language,not english so i may translated it slighty wrong). What can it be?

The other problem is voice control,and i am quite sure it worked when i took delivery. Now when i push little steering wheel button it displays that icon and says "voice command is activated(or something like that,it doesn't say it in english) and when i say what i want it does nothing,no action is performed what so ever,it just goes back to normal screen. How can i fix this?
