DAB Radio “No ensemble”

Featured Replies

Has anyone ever come across a “No ensemble” message on their DAB display?

One minute mine was working fine, the next it’s not!

I’ve tried scanning and scanning but nothing ever comes up apart from that...

It can't find any signal, for whatever reason.

Have you tried a re-boot?  Hold the volume knob button in for a few seconds until the system powers down.

If that gives no joy, then it is most likely an antenna issue.  AFAIK the DAB antenna on the hatch is in the rear screen, and on the estate on one of the rear-most windows.  Has anything (bulky load? over enthusiastic cleaning?) potentially dislodged or broken anything back there?

I’ve noticed that one of the cables plugged into the head unit is damaged. The double connector at the far right, one of those. Would this cause the issue as looking at the DAB antenna cable all seems ok...
