what colour did you buy & dealer or private? Post some pics, be good to see what it’s like.

I've had my Silver 220 BHP TSi since 06/16 and it’s been a great car. Good experience with the local dealer too.

I bought from a trade seller (non-dealer) and it’s silver too!

 

I managed to find one with full leather, heated seats, Colombus infotainment and in great condition. 

 

There are are a few stone chips I may try and touch up myself. Any recommendations on matching the silver?

What do you mean by ‘spacers’?

Hub spacers or shims to increase the wheel distance from the hub, widens the track and subjectively improves the look of the car.

I'm concerned enough already about kerbing the alloys, so I'll think I'll leave that for now

Collected yesterday afternoon

 

Very pleased with it so far. Still finding a few Easter eggs. I'm ignoring the fuel economy for now, while the right foot has fun (legally of course)

One thing I'm struggling with is the individual spec and the manual. I'm used to manuals where it indicates things as optional extras (therefore may not be present on this car). 

 

For example, I'm assuming that because there's no mention in the infotainment settings for mirror adjustment on reverse or folding mirrors, that they are not on this car. I'm not overly fussed on the folding mirrors (just nice to have), but it would be nice to see the kerb when reversing.

 

If anyone has any ideas, perfect.
