Hi to everyone

Featured Replies

Hi, I have read many posts from here in the past and gained some good advice - thought it's about time I joined the community as I suspect I will be driving a Skoda model for a while. My first and current octavia estate has 166k on the clock and has downright been the most reliable car I have ever owned.

I had to have the clutch replaced last year and then 4 months later a drive shaft replaced ( due to the garage that did my clutch did not torque the bolts properly - so some fell off and the remaining ones snapped ) and I had a front suspension spring break near the top when I went over a particularly bad speed bump, but all things considered, I would not hesitate to buy another one...

Just waiting for an all electric cross-over version!

Electric is certainly on the horizon alright, although might be another couple of years for Skoda.  Welcome to the forum!
