High / Full beam adjustment???

Is the high beam adjustable??? I do not use it very often but mine seem to illuminate the trees above the road, much more than the road.

Am i correct in assuming the only adjustment is by the whole housing moving, therefore very minimal.

And does the aim of the high beam get tested at mot?

I have had someone thump the bumper quite heavily enough that both the dipped beams needed re-setting for mot a while back.
