New cage required? Aftermarket headunit advice needed.

Looking for some assistance if possible. Currently about to pull the trigger on a new headunit. Looking at a eonon ga2162. This is a double din. My question is do I need a new cage as well as the double din fascia thing. I've attached some pics showing measurements of the headunit and also the item I'm looking at on fleabay. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks

Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. I replaced both and thought my work here was done. However it now seems to have made losses worse, this time from the reservoir, so yesterday I did a 90 min motorway drive and by the t

Hi all, I have my Fabia currently fitted with the base Swing head unit. I'd like to upgrade to Bolero or Amundsen, and it's important to me to stay strictly with original skoda/VAG parts - no aftermarket Android units or third-party adapters. My main goals: Apple CarPlay (via SmartLink+) - Swing doesn't support this at all Rear-view camera integration - not currently fitted What I have found so far: I would probably need Bolero unit 6V0 919 604 (and variants) to fit my Skoda. Airbag error, what can reset it?

During my hardwire dash cam install, I removed the trim which holds the passenger airbag switch and unplugged it. Now (unsurprisingly) I have an airbag error on the dash. I’ve cycled the ignition a few times in hopes that would reset it, I also tried enabling and disabling the airbag with the key, still no joy. Is this something I can reset at home? I’m hoping something like ODBeleven free plan can do it, but it’s difficult finding out what the free plan can actually do.
