Hi I have mk2 octavia with 205 55 16 alloys can i put them on my fabia which currently has 185 60 14 steel wheels  on it it's a 2003 model

no becuase the mk2 octy has a 112pcd i think

the tyre would be too big anyway

205/45/16 would be best as the vrs runs that size with 16"

 

So a vRS does, the OP's runs now in a set of really wicked 185/60 R14's putting all that raw power to the road...

yes, the classic models can run 175 iirc with the same engine as a car with 195/50 15 which is the size for the elegance or sport alloys.

running 16s why not keep the sizes uniform with the rest of the range using 16 inch wheels and use 205? it would give you better rim protection on the octavia rims which were probably designed to fit 205 or 215 in the first place
