Amundsen map updates

Update portal shows 2 map updates ECE 2017/2018 which lists the countries for Europe. The 2nd update ECE 2 2017/2018 doesn't say what this is.

Anyone know what the 2nd latest map update is and if it needs to be loaded with the former or by itself.

2nd (smaller in size) update is for "very east / south-east" countries
