Afternoon!  I have just got my new company car so this means I have a 1.8T sitting around doing bugger all!!!  So my plan is to turn it into a track car!   Thought i'd start a little thread going to keep progress updated for myself as much as anyone else lol Any help, tips or even if you have any parts that you know of then let me know.   This is going to be done on a budget so will be looking for most if not everything second hand.   Going to get it stripped out first but am on the look out for a set of coilovers, intercooler and oil cooler.   might stretch to a set of wheels if it comes with some half decent tyres but that will be later on i'd imagine.   The image is of it in its hayday a few years ago when I put a set of 20X10.5 20X9.5 rims on it and had coil overs on it but annoyingly I sold the coilovers!! 

That was a short read. Wonder whether it ever made it onto a track. Mine will if we ever get out of lockdown.
