Skoda Fabia VRS White smoke problems

Hi guys, 

Maybe some of you have had some kind of similar problem with your Skoda Fabia VRS diesel engine. 

So when the engine is cold everything is okay, but when the engine is warmed up and working on 900 rpm (Car standing still) Car starts to smoke a lot, and there is coming out a lot of white smoke from the exhaust. Car is driving well, it accelerates good, the fuel consumption is normal, but the same problem from day to day all the time. We have tried a lot of things, injector diagnostics, I have grind cylinder head, diagnostics with PC, disabled EGR valve. 

Maybe some of you have the same experience and have any possible solutions for this problem ?  The car is awesome and I don't want to sell it as stack of metal.
