Hello all,

 

I've just returned to Skoda ownership some 20 years after my poor, beloved 130 GL gave up the ghost, with the purchase of a 2001 Fabia 1.9 SDI Comfort Hatchback, in "it's fun!"* yellow.

 

I'm sure I'll be delving into the forum to get some advice on it's myriad niggles (radio, central locking, temp guage, PAS/flickering lights, etc), but hope to cover many happy miles in her - as she she seems to be strong where it counts!

* I say "it's Fun" yellow as, back in the day, I remember attending the NEC motor show where there was a Felica Fun on display. On approaching the stand I heard someone ask "does it come in any other colour apart from yellow", to which the exasperated representative (who'd obviously been asked that question a thousand times already) testily replied "IT'S FUN!".
