As a high mileage company car driver ignoring taxation and fuel cost which car should I choose? 

Octavia VRS 2.0 Tdi Diesel estate or Superb 2.0 Tdi SE technology estate??

Currently driving mk2 Superb bus. Edition 2.0 Tdi 140 estate. 

New Superb would be mk3 

If fuel & tax were not important I wouldn't have one using the fuel of Satan.

Superb is bigger and if you can re-map or chip it ...

I would still choose the Superb.

Definably the Superb for more comfort, space and refinement although I would go for the petrol if fuel cost isn't a major consideration.  In diesel, the 150 tdi would be more than adequate.  One of the petrols (1.4 ACT or even a 220/280) with a DSG box would be sweet.

I'd have the Superb, but would probably end up with the Octavia for the xenon headlights.
