Been having an issue with fabia vrs 2004 tdi. On way home couple weeks can started going in and out of boost then light come on showing code P1144 mass air flow sensor g70 open or short to ground. Changed maf twice no difference. Anything else common??

Fairly common that the MAF wiring snaps near the connector. I’d suggest cutting wiring flush at jack plug and rewiring a new jack plug such as the ones available on eBay.
