Best spark plugs and which do I require?

Hi all, Merry Christmas, Feliz Navidad etc etc!

I am going to have my spark plugs changed, I have no idea when they were last done on this car and it's not an expensive job. So two questions.

Which is regarded as the best brand, I hear about NGK a lot? Secondly I need to be sure which ones will fit my car...

Octavia mk2 facelift, model numbers seems to be 1Z3 and CCZA.

I have seen these which seem to be the platinum type which I do want, will they fit?
