Hi. The first Picasso I had from 6 months old and ran it for 11 years. It never let me down and only changed it as it had 150k on it. The 2nd C4 was a great looking car but checking my file I have spent thousands on it. Usual C4 forum stuff like changed fuse box. One strange issue was not getting any gears (egs gearbox). There is a reservoir to the side of the engine filled with actuator fluid. The pipe leaks and citroen charges £30.00 a litre. Fiat / Alpha Romeo do CS Speed which is the same thing for £10.00 from the dealer. That car has been in the garage every couple of months for something. The last straw was a bill for £600 for a new egr so its going. The dealership also charged for 2 diagnostics which I argued about. In the end I said lets settle up the bill and i will walk away from the brand forever, hence the move to Skoda. I am not saying they will be perfect but for me its all about customer service. If the dealer had met me half way i could have considered a new Citroen. Their loss.

I had a Citroen for three years never again the trouble i had with there customer service no end trying to rip me off i was getting wise to them put it in for a service marked where the car was parked they never even moved it out of the car park got my money back .

Then there's the MOT failed on emissions  said i need a new DPF /FAP i knew it was never right i took it to another MOT garage passed no problem got my money back i said Citroen never again their loss PX for the Skoda .
