Octavia Mk3 Bluetooth will not turn on.

The bluetooth in my Octavia has suddenly stopped pairing with our phones.

If i open the phone app it asks that I turn on the Bluetooth, when i go into settings to try and do this I get a message saying "unable to turn on bluetooth"

I notice online that some folk have overcome this by unplugging the bluetooth module, but I do not know where it is situated [ it is not under the front seats as suggested in some videos ].

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
