Help please! Fabia Vrs mk1 intercooler pipes popping off

Little help please.

After servicing and cleaning the all the pipes from the egr and the intercooler through to the turbo.

I'm having difficulty keeping the pipe attached that links from the top plastic pipe to the rubber pipe that attached to the intercooler.

It holds to about 3k then pop. 

I've had it off numerous times and this is the only time it won't stay
