Bmw 650?

Featured Replies

Went past a brand new black BMW 650 this morning on the M5. Looked actually pretty OK and once I saw the badge it got me wondering where this particularly 6 series fits in, in the scale of the other 6 series' and other BMWs, in terms of power etc. I imagine a 650 must be a pretty quick car.

Look forward to some info.

When you said 650, I thought you were on about the Funduro (the bike)

650. Hmm, must be biiiiiiiiiiig

650 is a nice car, saw the M6 when I was at the nurburg ring! so was the 650 a match for the fabia

The 650ci has succeeded the 645ci. The engine is made using almost pure magnesium and aluminium, and is extremely lightweight compared to the older models. Shares pretty much the same manufacturing methods like the new 3 litre engines by BMW.

The 645ci with a 4.4ltr plant is 333bhp with 450Nm torque, and weighs in at 1690kgs kerb, while the 650ci, with a 4.8 ltr engine is 365bhp with 500Nm torque, weighing in at 1640 kerb weight.

0-100km/h times are 5.6 and 5.2 respectively.
