So, my car won’t start

I need some help/advice on what could possibly be gone,

Car started doing this a few weeks ago(see video) would then turn over for 10 seconds and then start, only done this when it’s cold

Got a code reader and didn’t show any codes

Changed camshaft position sensor last week, didn’t fix it, still been funny

Got in to my car to leave work this morning and it done the same as it done in the video except this time it would start at all, just turning over, no EML lights on

Called AA out, he put brake cleaner in to intake and it started to start which indicates it’s not getting fuel

He towed me home and we bump started it on the way home and it started first bump, horrible idle but it was running

Driving Home wasn’t great, didn’t feel right, weird revs eg letting off the gas and the revs went up a bit before they come back down but came back down very slow - not usual, kinda felt like Weird engine brake, Second and third

video kinda shows it but not very well

Anyone have any idea what it’s gonna be? Possible lift pump? Sensor? 

Also, anyone in Southampton near hedge End got VCDS I could punch please?
