Skoda fabia mk1 se fuss fault

Hi all I know this has been covered a few times but I'm new and not 100% sure how to us this site .

I've got a mk1 se and my Windows are playing up 

My mirrors are still working but my Windows are not .(both sides) so I've played with the fuess and got them working again but soon as I lock the car and go into house for few mins and get back in the car I'm back to square one . So i Swop the fussed about and they work again  .but not every time I have to have a good play with 46 and 58 I  believe.  But I can't get them working every tri anyone point me to what can cause them to be intermitant is it the window reg drivers side ? Split in the wire ? I find it odd how I can get them to work sometimes and not other times any help be grate thanks
