PCH Deals

Featured Replies

Stumbled across the following which are incredibly attractive offers.  Anyone have any experience of going PCH?  I'm stuck with a year left on my PCP on my Octavia but I'd love to drop it and pick up a 1.5 DSG SEL but pretty certain I can't do that unless I pay up in full

Note - SE Tech offers also available

Worth checking to see if you can do a voluntary termination on your Octavia. Or even have a chat with the dealer as they may offer a part ex to match the outstanding finance you have.

Yes on my to do list.  I worked out voluntary is from about March so tempting...  It's considerably cheaper than PCP and I'm not sure I'd ever keep the vehicle so would certainly fit my plans.

bought our Karoq on PCP. Withdrew from the contract and paid it off after 4 days so it cost us £15.96 in interest to get £1500 finance contribution and 2 free services. Pretty good value, but you have to withdraw within 14 days.

Crafty, i like that - so the 1500 and services isn't tied to not withdrawing?

Lots of folks do that and no drawbacks but that's not what the OP is asking.

Mork - check your contract but usually once you've paid over a percentage of the payments you can just hand the car back. Over 50% I think, but do check. When handing back the car is collected and inspected so it needs to be in the prescribed condition.

When I had my Passats I did that as financially it made more sense as the part ex. didn't match the amount owed. On another occasion the part ex. was more than that owed so I went with that option.

As said, first option is to see what deal the dealer can come up with.
