Car went in for its 10k service today.

Whilst getting a lift back to the Office the young lad taking me told me of this bloke who lived round the corner from the dealership (who owned a chippy) who had his VRS tuned to 350 BHP :eek: as well as extensive suspension mods, arb's etc, etc...... He was due to get rid though as he is getting the new Octy VRS.

All sounds a tad familiar to me, apart from this 350bhp business !!!!

No you misunderstand, I've been in a so called 440bhp Ocy and all I can say is what a load of old tosh it was. It kept throwing fault codes and loosing power. :rofl: ......Hence the joke bit cos that's what it was.

As for my car.....lets just say it's adequate. and it doesn't throw codes at you.

this may seem a bit weird just got back from taking my car in to have windows tinted by a guy who tints local police cars got to stay legal he took one look at the vrs and told me that there is a fabia in sheffield that suppose to have a vr6 engine fitted after quizzing him he said he would TRY to get the bloke to bring it round we`ll see

38k what a load of crap from the dealer/fitter. if it would fit for example you could buy the RS6 or RS4 lump then tune em up be 600 plus bhp comfortable, and a reliable 600 as that in RS6 s case. The R32 dont quote me but you get a twin turbo conversion 500-600 bhp under 10.000 i have cupra R IHI turbo 5000 fitted ruff take to comfortable reliable 360 bhp GT28 something turbo 400 plus under 8000 38k is a joke id buy a new car FOCUS RS mustang crate engine 8900 dollars plus fitting in back of car 420 bhp dragging on here my point is not to cause to much offence you be an idiot to spend that !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
