Does anyone know if this can be increased via VCDS or some such medium? On full chat, it seems quite slow and takes a while to start clearing the screen. TIA.

@Devonshiredave - When was the pollen filter last changed?

Not sure Ken. The car is only a recent purchase but I’ll certainly have a look. She could do with a service so I’ll make sure that gets changed.

@Devonshiredave - To explain further, an old pollen filter will be clogged, reducing the mass air flow into the heater box, and damp, meaning said air is also wetter and further reducing the effectiveness of the demister.
