Hi I am new and I have questions 

should I buy 

VCDS® HEX-V2® Enthusiast
- USB Interface -

for my car?

and can I get a guide for how to add open/close windows and honk from key fob

and hill stop and more things to add to the car

You do not ‘need’ to buy it, however if there is nobody local to you in Israel that has VCDS (Briskoda has a couple of members with VCDS in Israel... look at the link in my signature) then it may be an option.

 

The Ross-Tech website has walk throughs for many cars as does Briskoda

 

If you do buy your own interface and do not buy it from one of their official distributers there is a real chance that it could be a hacked copy, which can cause untold damage ... not to mention many people will not give any assistance.

To add to that, there seems to have been a lot of people visiting the Ross-Tech forum recently who have purchased rip-off copies on eBay.
