Knackard turbo oil pressure

Featured Replies

Guys iv got a real knackard turbo on my ppd 170 vrs , silly question but this wouldn’t stop oil from getting to the cams etc would it , as I have very little oil getting to the top of my head, but iv got a solid 5bar of oil pressure at 2000 rpm with the engine warm, not sure how else the head would not get oil if the the pressure is there

Hear a quick video of engine running you can clearly see how little oil is getting to the head

And hear how knackard the turbo is lol

Hey, did you ever find out what the problem that caused this lack of oil pressure? I have exactly the same issues... Tapping sound followed by knackered turbo!
