Does any on know if i could change everything from a 1.9 tdi that encludes engine wiring loom to the vrs 2.0 tdi  2010 yr just wondering if it would work as i have a doner car roughly the same year 

Yes, you would be able to do that but you will need to change everything. After doing the engine, you will need to change wiring loom, ECU, ignition etc to be able to start the engine. Why do you want to do this anyway?
