Amundsen SD car music player

Featured Replies

I looked though an old thread but can't see the answer to this.

When I look at the SD card in my computer I can see all the music tracks there but there are a fair few the car can't see.

They are all MP3s with bitrates no higher than 320Kbps which the manual says is ok.

I can't see the difference between the ones the car can read and those it can't.

Any ideas?

Do you have the tracks in their own Album folders?
There are only so many entries the Amundsen can see in the root of the SD card.

Some are in folders but most are down as individual tracks and the car shows tracks from A to Z.

Maybe I'll chop out a section and check.

(Technically they all play ok on my phone).

I have about 200 albums on my card and It sees them all.
The albums are all in Artist name folders like this.

Maybe I'll put all the individual tracks into alphabetical folders.
