2014 Skoda Yeti Face Lift VCDS Urgent Help Needed

Featured Replies

Hi everyone I have a 2014 Skoda Yeti Laurin & Kleiment DSG Face Lift Edition that I need some help with.

I have followed the previous forums for Skoda Yeti support & programmed some VCDS feature since I have programmed the Digital Display for mph I have lost my cornering headlight features & a few others unfortunately I forgot to save the pre scan so could anyone send me there scan or help me on how I can restore this ? I have my own VCDS with the latest software under options it shows cornering headlight not installed but it gives me 3 options which are not self explanatory.

any support given would be appreciated

Thanks

the second issue I have noticed I am no longer able to select vehicle type & manufacture when coding VCDS

any support given is appreciated

Thanks

The problem could be down to the hacked version of VCDS you are using.

+1

Version 12.12 is 6 years out of date, which is usually an indication that you are using a third party rip-off lead that only works with old VCDS software.

Did you buy it from someone who called it VAG-COM?

I ask because Ross-Tech changed the name to VCDS (because of IP issues with VW) several years ago.

Download the latest version of VCDS software - 18.2.0 - and repost a full scan.

About 10 years ago, yet still the pirates insist on calling it Vag Com.

Precisely why I asked the question ....

If it was bought described as VAG-COM then it is most probably a rip-off copy.
