So many answers here but can not found this, where is coolant drain out valve on this car? Felicia 1.6 GLX year 2000.

There is no such 'valve'. Open the filler cap of the coolant expansion reservoir.
Drain coolant at the bottom hose of the radiator.

There is no valve.

So i search very good when i change the thermostat some time ago.

Botom rad hose works best....
