But on the standard sec list it says you get this

Light and rain sensor with auto-dimming rear view mirror Automatic headlight control Light assistant (including coming home, leaving home and tunnel light)

I think the cost option is the automatic high beam that turns off when another car comes towards you.

I wouldnt bother with it. I’ve got it on my Qashqai and just find it annoying.

Yeah the high beam assist is extra the "Automatic headlight control Light assistant (including coming home, leaving home and tunnel light) " is when the lights come on or stay on when opening/locking the car.

I love it on my Qashqai and remember you have the option to turn it off if its that annoying ??

I had it on an E Class Merc, and was always getting flashed, as it didn't dip quickly enough, loved it on my Qashqai, where it worked perfectly, so paid the extra to have it on my Karoq - again, it works really well.

Worked very well on my Ocatvia apart from when driving down VERY narrow lanes with high bushes either side, I think that the reflection of the headlamps was bright enough to stop the high beam kicking in.
