Stopped £1000 Fuel Card

Featured Replies

Speaking to one of the Skoda reps today. I'm told they have now withdrawn the free fuel offer but the £2000 finance contribution and interest rate are still the same. I will be looking to buy a Kodiaq most likely within this quarter. The fuel card would have been a nice bonus but the £2000 contribution is still a great incentive on its own. Especially if paying PCP off early.

Yeah the £1000 fuel/ pre loaded MasterCard offer was only from 3 Jan to 31st March.

Don't panic.

The £1,000 is still there, but instead of it being a pre-loaded MasterCard it is a test drive incentive instead.

I'm not sure how the money is issued, whether it's added ontop of the £2,000 deposit contribution or in another way, but make sure you book a test drive before ordering!

I'm pretty sure it is a £1,000 'voucher' that you can either use towards the deposit or take as cash when you collect the vehicle.

Interesting to note that it is a lot better than the £1,000 test drive scheme from Q4 - the vehicle doesn't have to be registered by the end of the quarter as it did with that one (and so I missed out on it :crying:).

Orders between 3 April – 30 June 2018 and registered by 30 September 2018

So better than the Q1 2018 offer too, the £1,000 pre-paid Mastercard has to be claimed by the end of June, so the T&C's say (on cars ordered before the 31st March).

No good if the car arrives late (despite Skoda saying they'll still honour the deal if the delay is their fault).

£1,000 off the deposit makes so much more sense as it takes away the uncertainty out of the qualification.
