Columbus Update Loss of Nav Driver GUI

I seemingly successfully updated my navigation map to ECE 2018 today, but noticed that once the installation from the SD card had finished, I lost the navigation compass and all navigation related display functionality on the dashboard (all other functions fine) This only returned when I resorted to factory settings for NAV. Anyone else had this or able to shed any suggestions on this?

Hi for the last year I have been driving an immaculate one owner 2003 Elegance 110bhp Estate with less than 39000 miles and a full service history. Last week my wife borrowed it for a cross country trip for the first time and came back singing its praises. Unfortunately she also came back minus the front end cap ( I think it’s called the front shell ) for the Right Side Roof rail. I’ve been searching for hours for one online without any luck. Good day, I use a Skoda Karoq 2023, I have 2 keys with the KESSY system. The main key I use showed symptoms of a dead battery: a problem with opening the car doors and trunk. I replaced the battery in the key exactly according to the car's user manual available on the website, i.e. by performing a "reset" (pressing any button on the remote control between removing the used battery and installing a new one). Dear Experts , Can anybody advice me what is the part about i.e side airbag or earthing ? This part is located near seat belt tensioner ( passenger front side on pillar of car,) two images are attached for info, image1 from YouTube shows big connector connecting two wires bit unclear picture, 2nd image is taken from my car shows some kind of adapter (843 ) not sure what it is connecting which is different from 1st image , not sure if any connection has been missed out to it is earthi
