Lumbar Support

Featured Replies

On my second MkIII, on the longer journey, my back hurts a bit (suffered with my back ever since the age of 16) and could do with some lumbar support!

Do any of you have anything that you would recommend or have any tips?

Cheers

For years on various cars i have used a good firm sciatica cushion.

Handy on borrowed vehicles, behind me or under me depending how bad the seat is.

Lumber / lower back rolls can work as well.

An option if you own the car is go to a car seat trimmer and have them customise / modify your seat.

Pad it were you need it padded, or do it DIY.
