Help removing centre console (armrest)

Hi everyone

My first post here. I just bought myself a Black Octavia iii 1.6 tdi se after looking for months! Even though my first choice was a Black Edition, my job (Taxi) don't allow the privacy tints etc

I love the car but there's 2 things that I don't have. A centre armrest and MFSW controls

I just bought myself an armrest from breakers yard and been trying for over 2 hours and can't figure out how to take the one out the car. Please help if you have the know how. Thanks

It might be worth spending €8 on an Edwin session - the Skoda technical database to get the assembly drawings.

Search around this forum for details.

This is a thing I would like to install in my car aswell. I take it all mk3 armrest are the same and will fit a none armrest model?

Do you have to buy the whole replacement trim aswell?

Hi all, recently bought a 2016 Fabia 1.2tsi with 1 key and it's the push button start, had 2 mobile locksmiths out and both have the same problem, they can cut and programme the keys so it locks and unlocks and will start the car but the new key they cut will only start the car if held right up to the button and then you get the dreaded "key not found" warning and noise,the original key works fine so I can't see that it's a car fault and I can put up with holding the spare key up to the switch a

I have a 2014 diesel octavia estate 1.6 blk edition. Lately, and since service my mpg is alot lower than normal. I understand my car is old but recently ive noticed im using more fuel. Ive asked my usual mechanic and hes replied with the expected answer i thought hed suggest which is weather, tyres, speed, fuel prices and that mpg is never ro be trusted. Im not taking fuel prices into consideration as im seeing my fuel being used up more. Mpg today has been 34,on a route i normally use and get

Hi all, finally got around to getting some new shoes ordered for the girl. I'm getting a set of Hankook Ventus Evo K137 235/45 ZR18 98Y XL put onto the Pegasus alloys. I was considering changing out the locking wheel nut for just a regular nut? Which then prompted the second question, I picked up a set of Alcar 9021 17inch Steelies for Winter Tyres, do I need to run seperate nuts due to the alloy v steel nature? Hello My skoda start keeping rpm in neutral around 900 to 950, yesterday i went for ride on motorway and engine light came on then few minutes after dpf light came on. Drove for 2 hours no issuses turbo works fine also power is fine, traffic was cray so was not able keep driving in high rpm. Will only driving in high RPM help to clear out or not? Should i use dpf additive? also it is 182k miles... Today i started the car in the morning and rpm was at normal.also dpf light is gone but engine lig
