You're same as me then. I spoke to a Skoda case manager yesterday, who told me my car will be delayed due to the phone box & they have no idea how long for 

Also the same for me  

Dealer ringing tomorrow with an update, hopefully its good news but I doubt it.

Just the phone box, was told it was possibly the 1.5 tsi engine but its been confirmed as just the phone box holding it up.

What build weeks were you?

build week 15  my car is 1.5 edition don't think phone box are holding car up know it's seats what car have you ordered  

Build week 14 - 1.5 tsi edition and I have been told its phone box by dealer who is speaking to Skoda each week about mine.

Who did you get the seat information from?

I get the feeling no one at Skoda knows what going on!

From my dealer today and skoda uk said on Friday  car still not completed when 2 weeks ago they said it's built work that out

Exactly what I was told when the seat problem reared its head.

Hope you dont have to wait as long as we did.

Build Week 15 - Also a 1.5 tsi Edition.

I was told by my dealer on Monday that it's the Phone Box causing the delay - he was in the process of ringing all his affected customers to break the news.

Then after getting onto Skoda via Facebook (to see if they could shed any more light), I got a call from a Case Manager yesterday & he confirmed that this was the case & they don't know how long the delay will be.

If it is the phone box then we know from others that its easy to just disconnect it and fix it later.

So if this is the case they can do this at factory then release them unless they are waiting for the fix.

Your correct, it is the seats.

Dealer phoned me today to let me know that they have put a complaint in to Skoda.

Like others on this forum I'm guessing we are going to be waiting at least a month before they are complete.

My dealer thinks should get before the end of may I’m a bit fed up as SKODA Uk  told me 3 weeks it was built
